About The Position

The 2025 Summer Finance Intern at Michelin is designed for students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain or a related field. Requirements

• A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
• Supply Chain or related major.
• The ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
• Success in working with other people or teams to meet a common objective.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office® Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Currently enrolled full time at an accredited four-year college or university.
• US citizen, permanent resident or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and direction to empower wage production operators to achieve their common objectives.
• Work effectively with maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to meet daily/annual performance goals and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor the short and long-term needs of the facility to ensure succession needs are met and employees are afforded opportunities for development and career growth.
• Facilitate the identification and implementation of process and team improvements.
