About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated research intern interested in getting hands-on experience with the Measurement & Insights capability within the Client & Employee Experience (CX+EX) team. To be successful, the candidate must be intellectually curious, excel at uncovering insights across large data sets and multiple studies, and create concise and compelling presentations. The candidate will have the opportunity to gain project experience on developing and delivering qualitative and quantitative primary market research and competitive intelligence. This person should have a desire to learn new skills and methods and have an interest in experience opportunities specific to the financial sector.

Requirements

  • Current Sophomore (graduating 2026) or Junior (graduating 2025).
  • Current Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree or Graduate degree in Customer Experience, Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Psychology, Mathematics, Statistics, Communications, Finance, Computer Science, or other related degrees.
  • Deep interest in data with strong quantitative, analytical skills, and knowledge of statistical techniques and data mining concepts and approaches.
  • Ability to perform data analysis, research, and draw actionable insights through analysis with integrity and accuracy.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to concisely explain quantitative techniques and perspectives to various audiences, including effective data visualizations.
  • Aptitude for problem solving using analytical techniques across a broad spectrum of business areas.
  • Collaboratively focused and able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across the CX+EX Team.
  • Critical thinker with a curious mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred exposure to programming for data analysis and statistical/numerical techniques (SAS, Python, R, SPSS, or advanced Excel skills).
