About The Position
The 2025 Summer Clerkship Program is designed for current law students interested in pursuing a career in patent law. This seasonal program offers aspiring patent attorneys hands-on experience working under the mentorship of experienced attorneys. Summer clerks will engage in various client projects related to patent prosecution, gaining exposure to the profession and the opportunity to work in technology areas that align with their backgrounds and interests.
