About The Position
The 2025 Spring Sophomore Summit at Walmart and Sam's Club is an interactive experience designed for exceptional students looking to power the future of retail. This 3-day summit at our headquarters in Northwest Arkansas includes professional development workshops, networking opportunities, and social engagements with leaders, associates, and campus recruiters. Invited students will also have the opportunity to interview for a 2026 internship. During the summit, participants will meet diverse leaders, learn about various business areas, attend workshops, network, and explore the Northwest Arkansas community. The Merchandising Internship is a paid 11-week program for students in their penultimate year of college, focusing on core merchandising business and support functions such as Private Brands, Sourcing, Planning, Business Analytics, and Replenishment.
