About The Position

The Boston Red Sox are seeking a part-time Season Ticket Services Representative to join their Ticketing team during the Red Sox season. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service to fans, particularly focusing on the Red Sox Rewards loyalty program for Season Ticket Holders. The representative will be the first point of contact for fans, ensuring they have a positive experience at Fenway Park by educating them about rewards and benefits, troubleshooting issues, and fostering relationships with patrons.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a fast-paced, game-day environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Resourceful with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs is required.

Responsibilities

  • Staff the Season Ticket services table in the main concourse during games, educating members about the program and their benefits, answering questions, and troubleshooting problems.
  • Assist the Ticketing department with program implementation, including administrative efforts, Rewards item fulfillment, and program development and improvement.
  • Assist the Ticketing department with the planning and execution of Season Ticket Holder events and the fulfillment of Season Ticket Holder benefits.
