About The Position

The 2025 School Partnerships-Summer internship at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art is designed for college students or recent graduates to support the Learning and Engagement team in enhancing partnerships with local and regional schools. This role focuses on educational programming, arts integration, and museum-school collaborations, providing interns with hands-on experience in these areas while contributing to the museum's mission of enhancing learning through art.

Requirements

• College student, junior or above, recent college graduate or graduate student
• Experience or interest in research, data analysis, statistics or mathematics
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team
• Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of programs and events related to school partnerships, including arts integration initiatives and teacher workshops.
• Support communication efforts with school partners, including principals, teachers, and district administrators, ensuring timely updates and information sharing.
• Help develop and curate educational resources and materials for schools involved in the Crystal Bridges Arts Integration Partnership.
• Participate in the planning and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and training sessions for educators.
• Conduct research and compile reports on best practices in arts education, arts integration, and school-community partnerships.
• Provide administrative support to the Learning and Engagement team, including data entry, maintaining contact lists, and scheduling.
• Assist in the evaluation and reporting of partnership outcomes, including gathering feedback from school participants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Crystal Bridges to support broader educational initiatives.

Benefits

• Compensation for undergraduate interns at $13.00 an hour
• Compensation for graduate interns at $14.00 an hour
