The relationship management team is responsible for increasing market share and accelerating revenue growth of client relationships (large public and private firms with annual revenues greater than $500 million, with an emphasis on companies included on the Fortune 1000 and Forbes Private 400 across a variety of industry verticals) lists by analyzing, and interpreting information to support business development activities, identify products and services to enable strategic opportunities, as well as evaluate action to minimize risk. This is a development program which offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in various facets of banking, including financial analysis, underwriting, and client relationship management. Additionally, you will be supporting senior bankers with client relationships and work alongside various product partners to help identify cross-selling opportunities and facilitate the implementation of comprehensive financial solutions for clients. This program is designed to provide a well-rounded foundation for a successful career in banking. Over the course of our 3-year program, you will receive accelerated learning and skill development through a mix of formal training, mentorship, and a community of peers and advisors.
