About The Position

Requirements

• Strong academic background, preferably in Business or Real Estate.
• Current college junior, senior, or graduate level student.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to network and develop strong relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on Property Management experience at CBRE office, retail, or industrial managed properties.
• Engage in tenant relations, client reporting, budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, and tenant/vendor meetings.
• Participate in local, regional, and national leadership interactions.
• Tour various office, retail, and industrial properties in the market.
• Shadow typical Property Management positions in the market.
• Attend local events including Employee Business Resource Group events and team meetings.
