Requirements

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on property management experience at CBRE office, retail, or industrial managed properties.
• Engage in tenant relations, client reporting, budgeting, property inspections, lease abstraction, compliance reviews, and tenant/vendor meetings.
• Participate in local, regional, and national leadership interactions.
• Tour various office, retail, and industrial properties in the market.
• Shadow typical property management positions in the market.
• Attend local events, including Employee Business Resource Group events and team meetings.
