Ralph Lauren Corporation is offering a compensated 10-week Corporate Internship Program designed for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in the retail industry.   • Receive coaching and ongoing feedback from supervisors and the Early Career Talent team.
  • Create meaningful change through the Ralph Lauren Gives Back program.
  • Enjoy social events and networking opportunities.
  • Attend college full-time in the United States.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work in a Hybrid workplace environment with 2 to 3 days of in-person work in North Carolina.
  • Available for the entire duration of the 10-week internship.
  • Strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic and brand heritage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong writing and math skills; retail math is a plus.
  • Highly organized and eager team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Active listener with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality.
