Cenovus's New Grad Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain exceptional new graduates by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the company's core business through a series of challenging work assignments, training, and mentorship opportunities. The program consists of three consecutive 12-month rotational assignments across various engineering disciplines, allowing participants to gain diverse experience and build a strong professional network. Upon completion, graduates will be matched to a permanent role within the organization based on business needs.
