About The Position

The MBA Leadership Development Program at Southern California Edison (SCE) is a dynamic two-year initiative designed for recent MBA graduates. This program offers multiple rotational assignments across various departments, providing participants with cross-functional experiences that enhance their leadership skills for future roles within the company. Participants will engage with all levels of leadership and work on project-based tasks aimed at developing strategies to meet organizational goals while contributing to cleaner energy initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA from an accredited institution with a graduation date between May/June 2025.
• Two or more years of professional work experience.
• One or more years of leadership experience with people management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple rotational assignments across various departments including Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Energy Procurement & Management, Corporate Finance, and Customer Service.
• Engage with leadership at all levels to understand business needs and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Work on project-based tasks that involve the creation, development, and implementation of strategies to meet enterprise and organizational goals.
• Ensure the protection of physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and manage sensitive customer data with integrity.
