The 2025 MBA Executive Development Program (EDP) is a full-time job designed for post-MBA graduates who want to embark on a career with a forward-thinking Fortune 400 company focused on the future of sport. This program is not a direct track into any one position but is designed to allow you to build key relationships across our business and develop insights that will prepare you for future leadership positions. You will work directly with senior leaders and gain insights and development from the best in the industry. Throughout the EDP, you will have multiple mentors from the organization, extensive exposure to various senior executive and C-suite leaders, and the chance to attend networking opportunities with decision-makers and influencers in the industry. You will enjoy all that Pittsburgh has to offer by participating in social and cultural events that also facilitate networking with peer teammates and EDP alumni across the business. Once hired, you will spend approximately 24 months in a rotational leadership program designed specifically for top-tier MBA talent. You will work side-by-side with and learn from experts in strategy & innovation, technology, retail, and the sporting goods industry. Your rotations will include Stores/Store Operations, Merchandising, Strategy, and Marketing, where you will work on high-visibility projects and DSG's key initiatives. The program will prepare you to be a leader through training and experiences, both intentional and organic, and you will have regular touchpoints with senior leaders in Strategy & Innovation, plus both an Executive Mentor and a Peer Mentor. This will set you up with a network for long-term career benefit. Competitive compensation includes an annual salary over $150,000, sign-on and annual equity opportunities, signing bonus, full relocation, merit, and performance bonus eligibility, along with free parking, retail discounts, supplemented on-site health club membership, and access to on-site childcare facilities.
