About The Position
Grace is recruiting for future leaders interested in the manufacturing environment to join the Grace Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP). The Program is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong leadership and management potential and have a strong interest in the manufacturing field. MLP's have the opportunity to learn about the many aspects of our business, receive leadership, supply chain, finance, and Six Sigma training, and develop a professional network for sharing ideas and best practices around manufacturing excellence. Throughout the program, MLPs complete 3 rotations designed to provide a range of manufacturing experience while strengthening leadership skills. Rotation disciplines include the following:
