About The Position
AgWest Farm Credit is a member-owned financial cooperative that provides financing and related services to farmers, ranchers, agribusinesses, commercial fishermen, timber producers, rural homeowners, and crop insurance customers across a seven-state territory in the Western United States. We are currently seeking multiple full-time 2025 Lending Trainees to join our team in various offices located in Washington. These positions will commence in one of two cohorts, either in January or June 2025. As a Lending Trainee, you will undergo an extensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. This program includes designated coaching, interaction with experienced professionals, customer visits, classroom and virtual learning, networking opportunities, and hands-on experience. By the end of the structured six-month Training Program, you will be well-prepared to launch your career at AgWest. The positions offer a hybrid work schedule and a one-time home office stipend after the initial training period. The base salary for this position is $62,000, with a target bonus of 10% of the salary. Additionally, trainees will receive $7,500 (gross) for relocation to their training location, with further financial assistance available if assigned to a different career start location after training.
