About The Position
The Jencap Success Academy (JSA) is a two-year training program designed for newly graduated insurance talent, focusing on developing skills in Delegated Binding Authority and/or Brokerage. Trainees will engage in formal coursework and hands-on learning experiences, culminating in obtaining their P&C license and a professional insurance designation. The program emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and personal growth, preparing participants for successful careers within Jencap.
