About The Position

The Summer Associate position at Greenhill offers qualified individuals exposure to all aspects of our global mergers and acquisitions advisory business. Summer Associates assume significant responsibilities, including valuing companies using a variety of methodologies, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting research, drafting selling memoranda, analyzing business models and participating in due diligence and client meetings. Due to the size of the Firm, a Summer Associate position at Greenhill provides a unique opportunity to work closely with clients and experienced senior professionals.
