About The Position
The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. This internship will provide an opportunity to report to the Community Relations Manager and learn about the management of community programs and player relations. Interns will play a role in leading community engagement and volunteerism with the front office, academy team, and corporate partners. The position will also involve cultivating relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and neighboring businesses, as well as learning the process of disseminating information via press releases, match previews, and game notes for a professional sports team.
