About The Position

Earthjustice's International Program is seeking summer law clerks to assist in legal advocacy aimed at reducing reliance on fossil fuels and promoting clean energy. The clerks will work closely with attorneys on case development, litigation strategy, and various programmatic offerings, contributing to significant environmental protections and public health initiatives.

Requirements

• Candidates must be enrolled in a U.S. law school through fall 2025.
• Availability to commit to a full-time, 10-week clerkship during summer 2025.
• Must work from the U.S. during the clerkship.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case development and litigation strategy.
• Draft pleadings and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and develop legal theories.
