About The Position

This requisition is for our Summer 2025 interns. If you are interested in a Summer 2026 internship, requirements will open soon. The role involves implementing business processes and improvement strategies by staying up to date on supply chain and replenishment processes and procedures, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions, and ensuring all stakeholders execute solutions based on an agreed-upon timeline. The intern will support the supply chain process through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to escalations of daily issues, analyzing data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies, and providing data for the supplier compliance process flow. The intern will also research and analyze the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and return-related issues, conducting performance reviews of merchandising department distribution centers and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025 - August 2026.
  • 0-1 years of relevant full-time experience (excludes internship and research-based roles).
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Implement business processes and improvement strategies.
  • Stay up to date on supply chain and replenishment processes.

  • Act as a liaison for the field, communicating operational expectations to suppliers and transporters.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between supply chain stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve service levels and reduce process waste.
