About The Position

This requisition is for our Summer 2025 interns. If you are interested in a Summer 2026 internship, requirements will open soon. The position involves implementing the business plan for the assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. The intern will identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or make recommendations. Responsibilities also include monitoring and managing productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising and developing associates, managing systems hardware and software, troubleshooting systems applications, and supporting the implementation of business solutions. The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, respecting individuals, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026.
  • 0-1 years of relevant full-time experience (excludes internship and research-based roles).
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

  • Supervisory experience.
