About The Position

This requisition is for our Summer 2025 interns. If you are interested in a Summer 2026 internship, requirements will open soon. The position involves implementing the business plan for the assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. Responsibilities include identifying associate, customer, and supplier concerns, monitoring productivity, maintaining quality and safety standards, supervising and developing associates, managing systems hardware and software, troubleshooting systems applications, and providing business solutions. The role emphasizes compliance with company policies and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025-August 2026.
  • 0-1 years of relevant full-time experience (excludes internship and research-based roles).
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the business plan for assigned area of responsibility.

  • Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies.
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders by monitoring performance and providing feedback.
  • Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot systems applications and work on problem resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to support business needs.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures.
