About The Position

This requisition is for our Summer 2025 interns. If you are interested in a Summer 2026 internship, requirements will open soon. The position involves implementing the business plan for the assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals. The intern will identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve concerns. They will monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports, and maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies. The intern will supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback. They will also manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, troubleshoot systems applications, and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program currently.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026.
  • 0-1 years of relevant full-time experience (excludes internship and research-based roles).

  • Supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Logistics.
