About The Position

The Day of Game Staff position at Boston Red Sox is responsible for providing high-end hosting services for clients attending games and events at Fenway Park. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction through effective management of hospitality packages, ticket distribution, and overall game day experiences.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong commitment to providing high-level customer service.
  • Self-starter with multitasking abilities and capability to manage unexpected situations.
  • Prior work experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during baseball and concert season.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ballpark tours for clients, showcasing knowledge of Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox.
  • Host various groups/packages on a game-by-game basis with professionalism.
  • Manage distribution of customized passes, gift bags, ballpark waivers, and assist with digital tickets as needed.
  • Maintain organized inventory of materials for game day packages in coordination with Game Events and Services coordinators.
  • Prepare suites and hospitality spaces prior to guests' arrival.
  • Develop relationships with existing accounts.
