About The Position
The G.Future program at Gerdau is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within the company. This intensive 18-month program combines on-the-job learning, classroom training, coaching, and mentorship to prepare participants for managerial and technical roles. G.Futures will tackle real-world challenges, manage strategic implementations, and gain comprehensive insights into the steel manufacturing industry while working closely with various levels of the organization.
