First American's Internship Program is a full-time, 10-12 week paid internship from June - August 2025 which can be worked from an office or remotely, depending on the job opportunity. As a First American Intern you will work in a program designed to help you gain experience and develop the technical, professional and interpersonal skills that will be invaluable throughout your career. As a First American Intern you will gain exposure to working in a corporate environment within the Financial/Title Industry - balanced with intern-specific activities, executive level presentations and networking opportunities - while under the guidance of a manager and/or mentor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
• Majoring in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
• Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2025 and ending in August/September 2025.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret product-related data to understand trends and make informed product improvement recommendations.
• Assist product users, address inquiries, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience with the product.
• Assist in product development cycles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, map launch plans, and prepare methods for collecting user feedback following launch.
