As a Full-time Analyst in the Financial Advisor Development Track (FADT) program at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will engage in a two-year program designed to transition you from an Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor. This role emphasizes client interaction, investment knowledge, and professional skill development, providing a comprehensive foundation for a successful career in wealth management.

  • Obtain FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role, including the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/65.
  • Support all self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement, and account maintenance requests.
  • Work in a team environment to assist clients with brokerage accounts over the telephone, including discussions on Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs).
  • Create business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions.
  • Document all client conversations and meet regulatory requirements around these activities.
  • Become an expert in the online platform through Chase.com.
  • Help clients successfully navigate the website to provide them more access and flexibility to service their accounts.
  • A well-rounded academic background with an interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advice.
  • Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree, with an expected graduation date of November 2024 through June 2025.
  • Desire to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66/65, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and foster strong professional relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities change.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Passion for client service and an interest in building a foundational career in wealth management providing financial advice.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, but also work well independently.
  • Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states.
  • Experience in finance or other finance-related courses is a plus.
  • Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
