About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Finance Summer Internship within the Finance organization. This internship is designed for undergraduate students and provides a comprehensive ten-week overview of Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. Participants will engage in relationship building, relevant work assignments, coaching, feedback sessions, group projects, and informative learning sessions with key leaders. The program aims to blend business and professional development training opportunities with real-world experiences, preparing interns for a future career at Wells Fargo. Interns will be placed in one of the finance groups based on their location, degree, business needs, and expressed areas of interest. Throughout the internship, participants will experience various finance disciplines that support Wells Fargo's expectations. They will receive formal training through onboarding and orientation activities, as well as ongoing training throughout the program. Interns will have opportunities for coaching and networking to support their professional development, and they will gain exposure to multiple business lines and finance-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to be a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who can effectively organize tasks, manage time, set priorities, and meet deadlines. They should also be energetic self-starters who take initiative, remain curious, and have a genuine interest in learning and growth.
