About The Position
The Truist Fiduciary, Investments, and Planning (FIP) Summer Internship Program is designed to provide college students with an immersive 8-12 week experience that sharpens their skills in various areas of fiduciary, investments, and financial planning. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with internal business partners and external clients, gaining valuable insights into the workings of the Wealth and Fiduciary Division. Throughout the program, interns will enhance their leadership and collaborative skills, deepen their banking and investment knowledge, and expand their technical expertise. This internship not only offers practical experience but also provides exposure to senior leaders within the division, along with a robust support network of mentors and peers. Interns will be assigned to one of several teams, including Fiduciary, Investments, Financial Planning, Regional Trust Advisors, Trust Administration Advisors, Estates, Wealth Tax, Fiduciary Business Planning, and Privately Held Investments. The program also includes networking opportunities with former interns and Truist teammates, as well as participation in a volunteer event, fostering a sense of community and professional growth. The internship is located in either Charlotte or Atlanta, with potential opportunities to support leadership in other cities. This program is ideal for students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
