About The Position

The Fenway Park Tour Guide position is a part-time role responsible for leading tours of Fenway Park, sharing its rich history and significance with visitors. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in public speaking and speaking to large groups.

• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
• Professional demeanor and conduct.
• Ability to multi-task and retain information quickly.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide public, private, and special event tours of Fenway Park.
• Work at various customer information locations within and around the ballpark.
• Answer inbound calls to the Tour department.
• Respond to email and voicemail inquiries about the Tour department.
• Assist with other administrative duties as they arise.
• Provide group tours and customer service.
• Support daily operations setup.
