About The Position
The 2025 Early Career Program in Corporate Finance & Risk at Guardian Life Insurance Company is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates. This program offers participants the opportunity to work across various accounting, risk, and financial divisions, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge essential for a successful career in finance. Participants will rotate through different departments, focusing on one area each year, and are expected to transition into a full-time role within the Corporate Finance & Risk team upon completion.
