The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world professional experience within a global company. This internship is designed to develop the business leaders of tomorrow and will take place in person at either the Memphis, TN, or Dallas, TX corporate office. The program will run for 10 weeks, starting on June 2, 2025, and concluding on August 8, 2025. Interns will be expected to work full-time, committing to 40 hours per week during this period. Interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the overall success of the team they are assigned to. They will participate in various learning and development opportunities, as well as networking and social events with other team members and fellow interns. Responsibilities may include preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, gathering data, and providing general support to the team. Interns are encouraged to foster a culture of innovation by developing new ideas and solutions, utilizing their organizational, time management, and communication skills. At the end of the internship, interns will create a final presentation in collaboration with their manager and team, showcasing their contributions and learnings throughout the program.
