About The Position
The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain real-world professional experience within a global company. This internship is designed to develop the business leaders of tomorrow and will take place in person at the Hilton corporate office located in Memphis, Tennessee. The internship is set to begin on June 2, 2025, and will conclude on May 29, 2026. Interns will be expected to work full-time during the 10-week summer program, totaling 40 hours per week, and will transition to a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week until the end of the internship period in May 2026. Interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the Hilton corporate environment, participate in various learning and development opportunities, and network with other team members and fellow interns. The role will involve providing support to the assigned team, which may include preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and gathering data. Interns are encouraged to foster a culture of innovation by developing new ideas and solutions, utilizing their organizational, time management, and communication skills effectively. A final presentation will be created in collaboration with the intern's manager and team, showcasing the work accomplished during the internship.
