This is a full-time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in San Ramon, CA. The program runs 11 weeks with the opportunity to start in early or mid-June.

Requirements

• Rising college senior or above, pursuing a degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Political Science, Legal, Finance, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate insights and complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using analytical tools and familiar with process mapping and design methodologies.
• Awareness of the significance of governance frameworks and controls in ensuring compliance and effectively managing enterprise risks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work out of the San Ramon, CA headquarters this summer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team to identify and surface controls buried within our current business processes, gaining an understanding of the intricacies and scope of our operations.
• Use analytical skills to identify regulatory compliance requirements and distill these obligations to their intent.
• Assist in designing and implementing new, streamlined business processes, controls, policies and the implementation of these controls so that deliver real value.
• Partner with experienced managers and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions align perfectly with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of robust business governance and control measures, focusing on data governance, security, and privacy to align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
