About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Commercial Real Estate Early Career Development Program in the Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets group. This program is non-rotational and offers are made for a specific Commercial Real Estate business and location: Real Estate Securitization & Capital Markets (Conduit Team). The group originates non-recourse, fixed, floating rate CRE loans from over $1MM to $1B+ that are sold in the CMBS market. Analysts will work closely with senior bankers to underwrite real estate and develop a deep understanding of market fundamentals. The program includes a comprehensive four-to-six-week training program in Charlotte before beginning work with their business unit, covering financial accounting, cash flow, credit analysis, products, structuring, corporate valuation, and financial modeling. This is a 2-year program with a program start date of June 2025.
