About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Summer Internship, Early Careers - Commercial Banking. This structured 10-week program is designed to provide undergraduate students with a foundational understanding of Commercial Banking and potential career paths through hands-on experience. Interns will work with an experienced team within one of our Commercial Banking businesses, gaining exposure to Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and culture. The program emphasizes development to prepare interns for their next career steps after completion. During the summer, interns will participate in various activities including a week-long onboarding and training session, where they will network with peers and leaders. They will engage in meaningful experiences as part of a high-performing team, building analytical skills and understanding key processes. Interns will receive professional support from a designated coach, participate in a virtual speaker series featuring Wells Fargo's top leaders, and engage in organized networking activities to promote community involvement. Interns will be involved in formal internship program activities, review assignments to familiarize themselves with policies and procedures, conduct research and financial analysis to assess client needs, and partner with relationship managers and product specialists to support business efforts. They will also receive direction from a manager while developing an understanding of compliance and risk management requirements. The program is designed to help interns prioritize work, apply attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
