About The Position

Requirements

• Able and willing to relocate at own expense if needed.
• Able to commit to working 40 hours a week for the 9 weeks of the internship.

Nice To Haves

• Majoring in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related subject area.
• Understanding of Java or C# development.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering, ETL, Hadoop, and MongoDB.
• Database modeling knowledge.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented analysis and design.
• Good analytical problem-solving skills.
• Interest in data analysis or designing and building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and update data pipeline specifications and/or design data pipeline logic.
• Build and maintain code for big data ingestion.
• Identify opportunities to leverage company data to drive business outcomes.
• Design and develop scalable data ingestion frameworks.
