About The Position
The KYC Customer Verification (CVT) Associate position at Bank of China is designed for recent graduates participating in the campus recruitment program. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations for both natural persons (NP) and non-natural persons (NNP). The associate will work under the supervision of the LCD KYC CVT VP & Lead, contributing to the enhancement of the bank's KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes. The position requires performing KYC at various stages, including onboarding, trigger events, and periodic refreshes, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines. In this role, the associate will assist with daily operations, including tracking customer onboarding tasks, updating KYC procedures, and maintaining management reporting tools. The associate will also be involved in training new team members and internal partners, performing periodic reconciliations of KYC records, and supporting the CVT Lead in remediation actions and audits. The position emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, requiring the associate to maintain effective working relationships with key business partners while providing excellent customer service. The KYC CVT Associate will also be responsible for identifying self-improvement opportunities and seeking feedback to enhance their performance. This role is essential in ensuring that the bank adheres to KYC policies and regulations, contributing to the overall integrity and reliability of the bank's operations.
