About The Position
The 2025 BNY Summer Internship Program in Markets and Wealth Services offers high-potential students a comprehensive 10-week internship experience within a leading global financial services company. This program is designed to provide participants with a well-rounded understanding of the financial services industry, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and professional development. Interns will engage in meaningful projects that challenge their skills and foster their growth, while also gaining insights into the workings of a company that has been serving clients since 1784. From the outset, interns will be immersed in BNY's dynamic culture, participating in an enterprise-led orientation program that includes an executive speaker series and a tailored virtual training curriculum. Throughout the internship, participants will undertake significant work assignments that promote learning and skill development through practical experience, mentorship, and training. They will receive career development support from corporate leaders, including internship managers and mentors, and will have opportunities to network with peers and business stakeholders. The Markets and Wealth Services (M&WS) team encompasses various critical business areas, including Markets, Pershing, Treasury Services, Credit Services, and Digital Assets. Interns will work on strategic projects that align with the business's needs in trading, sales, and product development. This program is ideal for driven students eager to gain real-world experience and interact with a diverse group of over 4,000 employees across more than 20 countries, all while learning about client needs in various financial markets.
