About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the Audit Summer Internship Program in Internal Audit. This program is designed to immerse participants in a 10-week non-rotational professional development experience that introduces them to Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture through relevant work assignments. Internal Audit plays a crucial role in supporting the entire enterprise by acting as an independent assurance function that evaluates the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. During the internship, participants will engage in relationship building, work assignments, coaching, performance feedback sessions, group projects, and informative learning sessions with key leaders. The program aims to provide undergraduate students with a blend of business and professional development training opportunities that incorporate real-world experiences, preparing them for a future career at Wells Fargo. The Audit Intern program specifically targets exceptional juniors and serves as a pipeline for successful interns to receive offers to return the following year to join the full-time Audit Analyst Development Program. Ideal candidates for this role should be energetic self-starters who proactively take initiative, remain curious, and have a genuine interest in learning and growth. They should possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate analytical skills to solve complex problems while collaborating with a team.
