About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Audit Analyst Development Program. This program is designed to immerse participants in a 2-year rotational experience that provides a comprehensive understanding of Wells Fargo's operations, line of business strategies, and corporate culture through relevant work assignments. Internal Audit plays a crucial role in supporting the entire enterprise, acting as an independent assurance function that evaluates the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of financial services, auditing, and risk analysis through a combination of classroom training and on-the-job experiences, receiving valuable feedback, coaching, and mentoring throughout the program. The Audit Analyst Development Program targets exceptional graduating seniors and serves as a pipeline for future roles within the company. Successful analysts may receive a promotion to an Auditor role at the conclusion of the program, based on their performance. The program is structured to provide recent college graduates with the necessary tools to build a solid foundation for a successful career in the financial services industry. Participants will engage in a blend of business and career developmental training opportunities, which include conducting audit work and professional development activities to facilitate a smooth transition from college to corporate life at Wells Fargo. The ideal candidate for this role is an energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, remains curious, and has a genuine interest in learning and growth. Candidates should be able to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively and possess strong analytical skills to solve complex problems while collaborating with a team.
