About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the Analytics & Data Analyst Program, which is a professional development initiative designed for recent college graduates. This two-year program offers participants the opportunity to work within one of Wells Fargo's Analytics or Data Management groups. The program aims to enhance business acumen, develop analytic skills, and provide professional growth in an analytic-driven environment. Analysts will engage with Wells Fargo's analytic and data community through cross-functional collaboration, exposure to senior leaders, and participation in enterprise diversity and innovation work streams. Upon successful completion, participants will have acquired fundamental functional skills, business insights, and a growing professional network to support their ongoing career development. In this role, analysts will gain on-the-job experience by working as part of a high-performing team, which will help them build their analytical and interpersonal communication skills. The program also emphasizes the transition from college to corporate life, with structured support from business managers and program managers. This includes a month-to-month learning plan, TED Talk discussions, a virtual speaker series featuring leaders from across the organization, and various cross-company events. Each analyst will be paired with a colleague who will provide daily support, answer questions, and offer feedback on work processes. Additionally, networking activities will be promoted to foster community involvement and connections with other analysts and members of the analytic community. Analysts will have the opportunity to analyze and translate data, gaining hands-on experience in using real data to make informed business decisions and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability, along with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
