About The Position
The Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Program is a five-week paid summer fellowship aimed at undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program seeks to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to students from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from underrepresented groups. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, mentorship, and project-based learning, with the goal of paving the way for future employment opportunities within JPMorgan Chase.
