About The Position
The 2025 Advancing Hispanics and Latinos Fellowship Program is a five-week paid summer fellowship designed for undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program aims to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants, particularly those from underrepresented groups. Fellows will engage with senior leaders, gain insights into the industry, and work on a project-based curriculum that prepares them for future employment opportunities at JPMorgan Chase.
