About The Position
The Advancing Hispanics and Latinos (AHL) Fellowship Program is a five-week paid, full-time summer fellowship aimed at undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program seeks to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to participants, particularly those from underrepresented groups. Fellows will engage in hands-on experiences, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, with the potential for future internship offers upon successful completion.
