About The Position

The Advancing Black Pathways (ABP) Fellowship Program is a five-week paid summer fellowship aimed at undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program seeks to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to students from underrepresented groups, particularly Black students, while fostering diversity and inclusion within the industry. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, mentorship, and project-based learning, culminating in consideration for a 2026 Summer Internship offer upon successful completion.

Requirements

• Sophomore standing with an expected graduation date of December 2026 through Summer 2027.
• Attends college/university in the U.S. (all majors considered) in good standing.
• Demonstrates a significant commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through campus activities, community service work, and/or related leadership activity.
• Possess a strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities
