The 2025 Advancing Black Pathways Fellowship Program is a five-week paid summer fellowship designed for undergraduate sophomores interested in financial services careers. This program aims to provide early exposure and professional development opportunities to students from underrepresented groups, particularly Black students. Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, mentorship, and a project-based curriculum, with the potential for a 2026 Summer Internship offer upon successful completion.
