The Adelante Program Coordinator oversees the full scope of a long-standing, multi-generational program designed to support students and families within Santa Fe Public Schools who are experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include coordinating with school staff, other internal departments and external partners to enhance services and ensure students and families are connected with appropriate resources based on their specific needs. The coordinator is also responsible for managing the program's budget, which is funded primarily through grants. This includes overseeing expenditures and fulfilling grant reporting requirements. Acting as the public face of the Adelante program, the coordinator raises awareness about child homelessness and promotes Adelante's mission and services within the community. They represent the program at public events and outreach efforts. Additionally, the coordinator leads and evaluates program staff, providing supervision to ensure effective service delivery.
