About The Position
The Band Director will direct and manage the overall program of instrumental music for the district. This role provides students with opportunities to participate in extracurricular band activities while ensuring compliance with all state, University Interscholastic League (UIL), and district requirements. The position involves various responsibilities including instructional strategies, student growth and development, classroom management, communication, budget management, professional growth, and personnel management.
