Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one (1) year of job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Missouri School Administrator Certificate required.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Principal with administrative functions.
• Evaluate assigned personnel to ensure standards are achieved and performance is maximized.
• Facilitate the development, communication, implementation, and evaluation of quality learning for staff and students.
• Facilitate meetings and processes to meet curriculum guidelines and state mandates.
• Communicate with personnel, students, parents, and community members to evaluate situations and resolve conflicts.
• Implement policies and procedures to comply with mandated requirements.
• Intervene in inappropriate student behavior and assist in developing interpersonal skills.
• Manage school administrative functions and enforce policies for safety and efficiency.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars to gather and convey information.
• Prepare written and electronic materials documenting activities and conveying information.
• Represent the school in community forums to maintain support for educational goals.
• Supervise school personnel and provide for their professional growth.
